Air Balance Technician

We are looking for an Air Balance Technician to join our team! Specialty trade-air/water test and balance, sound testing, HVAC, and commissioning. Primary functions are to take measurements and accumulate data, advise mechanical contractors how to rectify imperfections or imbalances in heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Test and balance mechanical HVAC systems and control systems
• Inspect and perform data calculations of mechanical HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure energy efficient systems
• Respond to emergency requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Air Balance with proper certification, HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with calibration equipment and indoor air quality
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
